• We accept payments via card and Klarna.
• All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Pre-order items are shipped within 2–4 weeks.
• Ready-to-ship items follow PostNord’s delivery times (3–7 business days).
• We offer three shipping options, selectable at checkout.
• We only deliver within Sweden.
• Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility is transferred to the shipping provider. For delivery-related questions, please contact PostNord.

4. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Complaints

• We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our products.
• All items are thoroughly quality-checked before shipping. We do not offer claims or replacements.
• We are constantly working to improve our service and appreciate your understanding.

5. Use of the Website

• The website must not be used for illegal purposes or to spread malicious software.
• All content on the site, including images and text, belongs to EbyanIQ and may not be copied without permission.
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and may update or suspend the service at any time.

• We only share necessary data with payment providers (e.g., Klarna) to process your order.
